The MySkiTool Estate Continuity service may send temporary, single-use links that allow an authorized user to view requested information. These links expire after a limited period and may become invalid immediately after they are used.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account, login information, registered mobile device, email account, and any information accessed through the service.
You may not attempt to access information belonging to another person without authorization, interfere with the operation of the service, or use the service for any unlawful purpose.
MySkiTool Estate Continuity sends transactional SMS messages only to users who have provided their mobile phone number and consented to receive messages.
Messages may include temporary, single-use links generated in response to a user request for secure access to continuity or credential information.
Message frequency varies based on the number of requests made by the user.

Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any product or service.
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

A link may expire, become invalid after one use, or be revoked for security reasons. If a link expires or fails before information is displayed, you may be required to submit a new request.
MySkiTool LLC may modify, suspend, restrict, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. We do not guarantee that the service will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
The service is an organizational and information-access tool. It does not provide legal, financial, tax, medical, or professional advice. Users should consult qualified professionals for advice appropriate to their circumstances.
The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, to the fullest extent permitted by law. MySkiTool LLC disclaims warranties that are not expressly stated in these Terms.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MySkiTool LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of, inability to use, or unauthorized access to the service.
